I suspect the problem is ... getting enough ore out of Havieron to feed the hungry Telfer beast.
Quite a challenge from a very deep underground mine.
It's a typical cost/benefit assessment. If they can't ... and it appears they can't ... get enough ore to feed Telfer, it may be more economical to shut down Telfer.
Such a move may actually assist Antipa build their own stand-alone plant to process Minyar/WACA orei plus ore from other mines.
