Hi,
I agree it is on the chip sales.
The fee is per chip SOLD - that is 17.95% of Telink's sales - the actual amount invoiced by Telink to whoever they sell the chip to.
It would be way to ambiguous and not measurable if it were on gross margin or net profit or some other way. These thinks need to be and are exact values and set in concrete by adding up the sales of the product.
