no announcement so i guess its not price sensitive
weird as i dont know how many Canadians it would affect, but if its only 10,000 ( and i would presume heaps more )
then 10,000 * say $3000 = $30 m
an extra $30m prob puts the last Upgrade into question also
it is my understanding that a 15% "expected" movement would require an announcement also ???
oh well
