I fully admit it’s not conventional to have this approach as a shareholder, but I’ve found it works very well over the longer term, and I have learnt far more and been a better investor by challenging the consensus view. Not to undermine confidence in Telix, but prodding a little in order to get some reasonable answers to my genuine concerns. Let’s face it, nothing I say here or anyone else is going to move the SP in a meaningful way. It’ll be determined by the scientific results and how we fare against the competition.
I want the SP to go to the moon as much as anyone else but judging by the responses I’m getting I have my doubts this will eventuate, but I’m still hanging in there for now. This is by far the most impartial and defensive group of investors I have ever encountered anywhere in my career. The attitude here is, if you don’t tow the line, you don’t belong here and we will shut you down. It just gives me cause for concern as an investor and is why I keep pushing and will continue to.
Anyway to get back to your original comment about the threat from competitors, being more than 2.5 years away, that is not my understanding. It could be as little as 18 months away depending on results. Or it may never happen! Still a risk in my books. And the suite of other products you refer to in my opinion, is still a very big IF after recent events with the approval process. Happy to be proven wrong as always.
