So, overall I think we will need to come to terms with the fact that our golden goose (Illucix) may be cooked in the near future. It’s done us incredibly well up until this point and has delivered revenues that we have been able to reinvest in other diagnostics, therapies and manufacturing for future opportunities. I still hold high hopes that Pixclara and Zircaix will get approval which might fill much of the void. On top of this there are many potential therapies which if approved, will get us to the point where many of us still hope to get to. How long that will be, I don’t know.
Unfortunately with new technology constantly coming through, our 4 year run was always going to come to an end at some point. The same as when we took over from the previous SOC. Not saying it will happen tomorrow but my guess is that it will happen sometime in the next 12-18 months given the overwhelming differences being established between our 1st generation product and their next generation product. We are still in a good position for now and have a lot to look forward to but a dose of reality is not going to hurt.
