In the presentation there was a great analysis on how the antibody is cleared. It was no where near the upper level threshold accepted by the FDA
So if you decent liver function then 591 is a goer.
The sad thing is this drug is used for people that are not going to make it. The overall goal is cure but second best is overall survival length. Professor Hicks also mentioned that he believed 591 would make it to market
