Again fair comment - you know your risk tolerance and if your aim is to buy - and you can time your entry perfectly at the bottom, or near then goodluck. As long as you are heading in that direction in time you will be cool and enjoy the benefit of home ownership, the equity it creates and the choices it places in front of you in the future.
