I have stated many times before that it is running full force and will continue to for quite some time. I can understand that unless you are in the industry or directly exposed to it you wouldn't know it. However it most certainly is huge and continuing strongly and this is only in WA. I know of some monster projects comiing on line in both Qld, NT and SA.
Not being derogatory, but if you are in Sydney or Mebourne you are completely insulated from what is really going on.
I keep saying it but I am so damn glad I chose to work in this industry and I am so lucky to be living in Perth.
Interest rates on hold :) I see.... And we now have HSBC joining the ANZ NAB and WBC in the placement of window signs to....
"Place your home loans on fixed rates now, discounts apply"
rolol...they aren't doing this because they believe rates are going up.
To all the doom and gloomers...tuff...you will simply miss the boat...again! Oh and keeping paying your increasing rent on time ok :)
