    I believe the obligations involving disclosure for a change in shareholding is covered by s. 671B of the Corporations Act where substantial shareholder are obliged to disclose a change which is greater than 1% of the company.

    I have a bad feeling that OMH said sometime previously that they were selling all their shares.

    I am happy to be shown to be wrong.
