Yep, if there was any positive development whatsoever, it would have been announced.
Lack of progress on the other hand, would not be announced, because why would they want to shed some negative sentiment. I am afraid that what we are seeing here is a case of no news, is most certainly not good news. It seems Jaws is dying a slow painful death ...
