..probably both, tricha...we're all a bit of mr market...and mr market has been and increasingly is acting like a bunch of sheep in front of a new gate.....the new gate in this case being the downfall of the US...mr market is acting like a school of stunned mullets not knowing yet what the demise of the us economy as the motor of consumption will do to the rest of the world economy....irrational downselling has been and probably will continue to happen for some time yet..mr market consistently is throwing the fundamentally quite healthy babies out with the bath water....:-)...gotta be patient until things settle...not much else you can do anywhichway...just hold on to what you think are the good ones....
