Fully agree that ITC's sp has underperformed in relation to where it should be at. The ONE explanation that might enter into this whole issue is (JIMHO, of course) the possible fact that people to NOT trust VPE as an operator. VPE continues to be one of the most hated stocks and this is possibly "rubbing off" negatively on ITC. Just for the record: I am a holder of BOTH ITC and VPE, but I do hold many more shares in ITC and have been in this stock much longer (luckily, my experience with VPE has not been a negative one, as I got into that stock fairly recently...).
