Checked the proxies at the AGM. Mackum's urgings appear to have gone unheeded and his claim to number of shares owned seems elastic!! Only two shareholders voted against all resolutions - one owning 1.2 million and one owning 5,000. He appears to be out on a limb and the number of shares he claims to own doesn't add up! Is it possible he voted contrary to his assertions? Not the first time - Oh Dear!!
