Don't let the rhetoric about the poor management and image this company has had inflicted upon it convince you that this is as good as its going to get and be conned into taking this offer. The company is worth more than $110m don't let AGL investors reap the gains in two years time. There getting it cheap at this price and they know it.
Stay strong you have come this far and endured far worse positions, don't give it away.
