I think market is waiting on confirmation of loan being approved. Without that we are in trouble, that's why we're priced where we are.
Oden has said he doesn't think it will go ahead and laid out his reasons. Hopefully for shareholders sake he is wrong. Although his input is much appreciated as he has been correct from the very beginning.
