    Agreed.....

    Position wise as to cost and location, LNG should have no problems securing either a very solid buyout or contract to ensure funding.
    Hate to say it, but the repeated issue of management continues to come to the forefront(even with the vast experience) alongside the still foreign status of the company as a whole. Simply, there is ZERO excuse for this management team to not get on the job and get contracts closed to get this product fully underway. Only excuse for this much lack of activity and silence is the underground shopping of the company to a larger player. And I say this full well knowing the huge amounts of activity taking place all along the Lake Charles/Sulphur area. Too many of these projects are hiring large teams/purchasing large land areas/in Cheniere's case even about to begin another expansion of their facility.
    Oil prices have basically stabilized to where we can expect at $50ish dollars, production is going to remain stable as well with Texas about to get HUGE increases in shale production for the next 25 years or more. Its time for this Leadership team to get on job and make things happen.
