I have no doubt that you are correct about David Thodey..

I was very impressed with the content of his reply, the tone and manner in which he delivered it..

My reason in wanting a decision on the NBN sooner rather than later, is that it is obviously taking a huge amount of managements time... Time, that at the moment is required in getting Telstra's customer service up to scratch and clawing back it's market share from the multi nationals.. There is a lot of money seeping back overseas that should be staying in Australia..

Give Conroy enough rope and he will come a cropper, as his Department appears to be a longer heads with the NBN Co, the very ones expected to deliver his pipe dream..
