I believe financial review article does not show NWT in a good light at all so don't think they would be advocating that NWT and NBN are going to be collaborating. Seems exactly opposite. Can't see it happening.

Still trying to find someone with online link to AFR so I can see the article.

I would think NWT would be minimum of 1.5 years from launch of Jab2 [of which they only have a small slice of] and some 2.5 years to Jab1 if all goes well and to plan.

AFR apparently also has reference to Jab's.
