I can confirm that it is from the "Marcus today" newsletter of 6 Feb.
Because his argument is based on RBA continuing to lower rates to 1% he goes on to discuss rates and the yield curve.
This is the only paid subscription service that I have felt worth renewing.
Full of common sense and I think my subscription has well and truly paid for itself.
