Hi Taughtbuffet - I am not the sharpest tool in the shed and Forex confuses me totally but I agree with your conclusion. A US citizen who buys TLS @ $6.50 AUS would pay approx $4.80 US for his shares (rough calculation). He would receive 30cents Aus in dividend which would convert to approx 22cents US when he took it home.The yield in both currencies is the same.Could some of the better educated posters tell me if this is the case or am I getting it wrong.
