Telstra along with NBN is Australia's embarrassing joke of the 21st Century. I have spent hour upon hour speaking with incompetent call centers as I believe so too have Millions of Australia. Telstra and NBN treat us all with utter contempt.
Telstra think they are being clever out sourcing to third world countries, well this is a false economy IMO and I think they should have to pay for this incompetent and time wasting service.
Australians should rally around and organize a class action and sue Telstra for their time wasted. A class action and financial recompense I think would see a massive change in culture and service.
