I dread the service when the cuts come, we have had troubles since Saturday, looking on the phone it says no area outage, so you call Telstra and get someone with poor English and they book you a tech to come out but that appointment will be cancelled because the computer tells them there is an area outage and you wont get a phone call, this went on for a week last time, very frustrating and there is nowhere to turn..
