telstra adsl speed problems, page-2

I am supposed to be on unlimited , but after 1gb of downloads they also slow your speed ..


I actually rang them up last month telling them I was not happy and wanted another plan ..
They have a 1gb plan then the next one was 5gb..

Iwas only using about 1.3 to 1.5 gb downloads ..

When I told them I might start looking elsewhere , wallah , my costs have been Halved for the next 6 months ..

They said they are bringing out a new range of plans that they hope they will satisfy everyone ..

So in the meantime , I am saving $30 per month for 6 months

You know whsat their old adds said mate , why dont you call .. lol
