TLS spends, I believe, about 310 million on advertising and promotions. I assume that there is regular assessment as to whether this effective and the company gets value for money.
I see that we've just lost a court case against Optus, with costs, where Optus was accused of false advertising. ...
Frankly, hate to say this, Optus TV adverts seem far and away better than those of Tls. IMO.
