Thanks for the suggestions. Telstra have suggested adding a "string" to my modem settings to slow it down to 28.8. It still doesn't work so it was suggested that I slow it down to 14.4 - they have got to be kidding! At this stage I'm looking at a wireless LAN using my cable connection or switching the whole shebang to ADSL. Can anyone give me a view on whether I'm better off with cable or ADSL and has the reliability of ADSL been sufficient improved.
