For sure but where does TLS fit into all of this? Is it inevitable that they are just swept aside or should they fight back because I can think of one example where the incumbent fixed line owner is taking up VOIP in a big way, BT in the UK. I think they are planning to shut down the fixed line network for phone calls in 2010 over there.
