    Hello cav
Sparklers 1 million customer base is so conservative when you take into consideration the potential customer base here.In laymans terms The artist pays $169 then a $100 annual subscription and Valleyarm then distributes the artists music digitally to all and through all their digital outlets.Nokia and Bigpond have just joined as they can see the huge potential customer base for them in the global digital music industry.Of note Missy Higgins has popped up and expect to see major artists get on board here as digital distribution is the way moving forward. The following is from the Vallyarm website----

Valleyarm specialises in Digital Distribution, Publishing and online Marketing of Music and Video content focused primarily on content and services within the Asia Pacific Region .

The company has developed a unique solution emphasising an Asian homesick model to provide digital music content, sub publishing and marketing services to monetise Asian content outside of Asia, including a gateway for Western content owners to monetise content within Asia.

The company expects to see significant growth in global market share that will see high growth in revenues and earnings in the coming years with the trends towards digital music content on the verge of booming in regions such as South East Asia, China and Australia/Pacific where there is a significant penetration of mobile handsets, services and usage.

Valleyarm provide Artists and Record Labels with an innovative flat rate pricing option in addition to its supported/managed model whereby Valleyarm would usually receive 30% distribution fee. Valleyarm also acts as a sub publisher to maximise the Artists income by collecting royalties and clearing digital rights from publishing revenues throughout the world media outlets. This fee for service distribution model across unlimited stores is the first of its kind for the APAC region whereby Artists and Labels paying a flat upfront will receive 100% of their global digital sales across retailers such as iTunes, Nokia, Amazon MP3 etc and many other download and steaming services.

The offer also enables Valleyarm customers to benefit from selling ringback tones throughout the Asian region whereby it is very difficult for Western content owners to gain access to these markets and sales platforms. Larger labels that still want to be provided with a supported model with on line marketing solutions can continue to opt for a revenue share of their digital sales instead of paying the upfront fee.

All Valleyarm distribution comes with a free direct to fan widget allowing Artists and Labels to sell directly to their fan base from their own web site that will provide an administrative and accounting solution to increase content owners margins and maximise revenues from their direct to fan database.
