I think by the consumers and goverment the alarm bells should ring.
thats a very dangerous practise and social peace is in danger !!!
If Telstra gets through with this one, then other companies will follow.... 1000% sure in Australia !
Imagine for pay your shopping or other bills get charged an fee for paying.
Here we go... the invention for making money when you live on an island never stops.
