Half-cocked? Just because a hand full of providers ripoff customers in this way, doesn't mean that Telstra is right. I've already replied that Telstra was a "pioneer" in this area and therefore they cannot take the high ground.
You can reply anyway you like, but I suggest that most Australians (but possibly not Telstra SH's!) dislike Telstra's practices. in addition, it has milked its monopoly position for far too long.
As to Choice, so what! If some telco's rip customers off, then why shouldn't Telstra? Not much of an argument.
