The whole company needs to be re-structured.....From the very top an right through to the very bottom of the business....
There is a Union rep from Telstra that lives across the road from me and he is lucky to be at work 3 days a week.....Been with them for 27 plus years....He actually wanted all this to happen as he gets a Massive Payout from the company for each year of service...…
Leaves for work about 8.30am an home again about 5.30pm 3 days a week...… ( a lines man ) Company car sitting at his place 4 days a week...( doing nothing )
He did not care about the workers really just himself and what he could suck out of the company....
He was laughing an rubbing his hands with Glee as he knew about this months ago.....
