It has credit rating history, a downgrade would be the first sign of problems down the road.
It also mentions most of the debt is in private placement, so its dependent on the larger market rather than a couple of banks. $10B (2x5) of the $14B in Japanese yen maturing on 2020 and 2024, so nothing is going to change overnight.
