I think $4.50ish is a good buy. After today I also think $4.40 is a strong chance now, I'll be picking up a parcel around that mark if it presents. Hard to believe TLS has given up around 70c since mid Feb, no reason for this slide to turn around just yet so keep some powder dry IMHO.
