Agree, because that's one of my major reasons for bundling all my comms with Telstra, as well as investing in the company. They're the Australian telecom technological leader imo, and it's important they remain so, AND 'communicate' clearly and effectively about them - because innovations move so fast that it's hard for oldies like me to keep up!
