I'm not sure this business is too complicated. 3DM is selling products under license to the medical industry which has big money to spend for viable solutions for imaging and data management.

3D print and 3D images coupled up with data storage and data base management tools is the core of the business.

If this business can pull a major contract with a state health department or a listed private hospital business in my opinion it will be a company maker.

Do your own research but with a family member working for a government health business and my own research I see this as a niche in the market which needs to be filled and it could be huge, albeit it could be a tough nut to crack due to the resistance to change and cost of new system implementation.

I see the Mach 7 software as the cream on the cake, the 3d printing will be the inital income stream for the business.
