Just sifting through some older announcements and found the initial Telstra Health agreement. The key part I pulled out of this is "Commercial release is planned for the first quarter of the 2016 financial year."
Mach7 would never have included Telstra as a customer on their website if the deal was no longer in place.

Also found a short article listed below that says Telstra Health is actually using our VNA (Vendor neutral archive) software to manage the data of radiology patients provided by 3dm.
