re: pommie-telstra in cut-price war with net rival Iagree whole heartedly, have recently changed to engin. Can now ring mum & dad in Adelaide for 10c/call instead of $1.50/call capped. also have Skype so I can call the UK for as little as 2.7c/min.
When i include the Engin mthly fee ($9.95) my line rental is now $$28.44 vs $29.95, not much change, but my calls have more than halved.

Every great plan Telstra has ever offered me has involved me spending more money than I do currently, it is the opposite to my philosophy of reducing expenses
