    ps and maybe the investment bankers were behind the securitisation push,i tend to believe it was a penn push,i also believe the media along with asset managers r starting to apply more pressure on penn.If tls was performing well,if asset managers etc understood penns ambitions (i don't believe even penn does) then u would not get the following negative media articles ie 'executives exiting as telstra loses the thread'.the australian
    quote'nbn formally confirmed it wanted no part of tls's financial engineering' article goes on 'nbn had made this known for some time,but penn still went ahead and laid out the deal at last months earnings announcement to partially compensate for slashing ordinary div by 30%'.
    This is not investment banks,this is media smelling blood imo.
    Hopefully the message is being made clear to chairman.
