I was told i was talking nonsense for suggesting funds must buy Telstra back as part of their index funds, therefore the SP will make a protracted comeback soon. All it takes is one broker to show the market they have been loading up on TLS for their clients to cause a flood into Telstra. If they all start believing the bottom is in the funds will reallocate their underweight positions in TLS.
Today a tiny target increase and woosh! It's only started raining but once it turns into a pour, lookout! $4.50 is my target for now.
