I recently had to call Telstra for help because I could not understand them and hung up I answered the feed back and said what a crap job they had done and not solved my problem.a few days later I had problems again and after waiting for about half an hour the answered and I went through the painful lack of English of the operator and just gave up then did the feed back and told them what a crap job they did, feeling really PO I went to a Telstra store that are not owned by Telstra and they solved the problem in about 5 minutes, from this I gained the impression that Telstra really don't care and don't listen to their feed back and the Telstra shop said this happens all the time.
Why the hell are Telstra wasting money out sourcing to other countries when the job could be done better by Australians.
