    A quick run of the numbers for the less detailed of you:

    Kaz price : 35.5c
    Kaz Market Cap: $296MM
    TLS Valuation : $400MM

    To get to a $400Million valuation TLS would offer 48 cents per Kaz share, representing a premium of 33% more than current valuation.
