    Can understand why Telstra is losing customers.

    I changed from Optus to Telstra broadband about 18mths ago as we had been having real trouble with Optus for years! As it happened, on our trip up North in May 09 we were 'gouged' relentlessly by Telstra. They had no remorse - offered us some compensation and said thank you!! It was the best service we had from TLS - the exit interview. (Now with Vodafone)

    One of our sons has just changed from TLS to Optus. Had been paying $800 - $1200 per month on 4 business mobiles (and being gouged)- and is now paying $440 per month - plus 3 free months - no remorse from them.

    We sold our TLS shares at $4.40 and $4.20 in latter part of 2008.
