I think we'll get an uptick soon for those wanting a secure divvy over the next year .
TLS board has got to learn that the hardest thing to do but the right thing to do is often to do nothing . Or I should say that there's nothing wrong with having heaps of cash and working on improving there service .
I still see a good up spike coming but it failed at my fib retrace .
Double bott might be the go or at worst the numbers 4.54 and or 4.68
