re: shares to take off. ziggy a problem The re-election of the Howard Government will enable Telstra to have a bit more blue sky that before but the fundamental issues are:-
1. Leadership is nothing special and has a recent track record of some bad decisions.
2. T2 was in plentiful supply and a lot got their fingers burnt in what seemed like a good idea at the time.
3. T3 will be strongly influenced by 2 above.
For TLA holders they can sell at a good time.
I have no interest in buying TLA - safer value elsewhere.
