TLS is a 'mare and stockholders who made money when the stock price was low will continue to dwell in the past and refuse to look ahead: they keep telling themselves that everything has been good and it will continue to be so.
TLS has been desperate to get involved somehow in the international scene but all attempts have failed to date.
No one is suggesting you divest of TLS, but to ramp up your portfolio in the tech space with a forward looking company into the future.
