I have the same to the extent that I initially thought it was my phone. But it's only 12 months old iP6. Sick of getting the bar going from left to right, but never quite reaching the right!
Have paid premium to have Telstra's premium service, but it doesn't feel like premium anymore.
Glad I have World Phone for all my o/s calls and for when the network is down here
