this company lies to its consumers it is a very disingenuous company most of its wages are paid to offshore workers who do not pay taxes here ...you pay GST on all your accounts yet all the service is provided by offshore agents and call centres ....Telstra shops lie to you just to sign you up , when you call to complain about the non service they leave you on hold ...their international roaming is a scam thankfully soon they will lose a major share of Business and even more thankful am I that my con- tract is soon finished just a pack of liar,s your dividends are paid on the back of slave /cheap labour , as for foolproofing the system ...ONLY A FOOL WOULD BELIEVE THAT LOAD OF SHIT...Telstra the great deceiver .
