Can't beleive the great service i had from telstra lately, the must be desperate to keep customers. Had an intermittent fault on the line for the past few months which also affected my modem. Rang telstra and they said a tech will be out on Thursday between 8 and 12. Guy turned up at 8:30, couldn't find the fault because it was ok when he arrived. Gave me his direct number and said call as soon as the fault return. Called him the next day and he answered straight away. Came back and replaced a connector on the road. Will see how it goes.
Then i thought why not ring Telstra and ask them to waive my next bill because i had paid for a good line and had a crappy one. They agreed!!!
They must be losing a lot of clients, but if they keep improving their service i will stay with them.
