Yep, 5 day outage for me. Ended up fixing it by turfing their supplied router that was resetting every few minutes by putting back my Netgear old faithful.
Seriously, they need to pull their finger out. Couldn't even get hold of tech support and after 2 hours on hold one picked up my line and just hung up (this happened twice).
From what I can tell my Telstra router is bricked, won't even connect to the PC to be configured by 1.0.0.136.
