That is interesting Sunny Day because I have migrant friends and the only payment they are entitled to is Family Tax Benefit A and B and even that is means tested.
They must live in Australia for two years before being eligible for any other assistance from Centrelink.
So I would be interested to know why your friends got such special treatment which is not available to others?
