According to AFR, TLS is existing its data center businessand Goldmans (GS) working on the deal.
This could explain why GS has a target price of $8, probablythey wanted to get good comp for data center they were trying to sell.
Anyone here has any idea about the implications of this saleto NXT? If data center is so good whywould TLS wants to exit it? There may be positive implications as well.
